Our made-to-order furniture is manufactured by carefully selected production partners according to the specifications approved for each order.

Our U.S.-based customer service team supports customers throughout the entire ordering process, including customization, design confirmation, production updates, shipping coordination, and after-sales support.

We also maintain warehouse operations in California to support logistics, order coordination, and service for customers in the U.S. market.

Because each piece is individually made to order, we focus on clear communication throughout every stage of the project—from initial customization and design approval through production, delivery, and after-sales service.
