LuxEpoxyTables stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. This limited warranty explains the coverage available for eligible products purchased directly from LuxEpoxyTables.

Warranty Period

LuxEpoxyTables provides a limited warranty for 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to eligible custom-made, made-to-order, and in-stock furniture purchased directly from LuxEpoxyTables.

What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, LuxEpoxyTables will review claims related to confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects, which may include:

• Premature peeling or failure of an applied surface finish or protective coating
  
• Manufacturing-related defects affecting the normal use or structural integrity of the table
  
• Defective hardware or components supplied with the original order
  
• Other workmanship-related issues confirmed by our customer service team
  

Minor surface cracking may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because solid wood naturally responds to changes in humidity and temperature, not all cracks or movement are considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, LuxEpoxyTables will determine an appropriate resolution based on the nature and extent of the issue.

Available resolutions may include:

• Repair guidance
  
• Repair materials
  
• Replacement parts
  
• Replacement of an affected component
  
• Approved local repair assistance
  
• Replacement of the product where appropriate
  
• Partial refund or other reasonable resolution
  

The appropriate remedy will be determined after the claim has been reviewed.

On-site repair or installation services are not automatically included unless specifically agreed to in writing.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty assistance, please contact LuxEpoxyTables and provide:

• Your order number
  
• Your name and contact information
  
• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photographs of the affected area
  
• Video documentation where helpful
  

Please contact us before attempting significant repairs, refinishing, modification, or disassembly so that we can properly evaluate the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper assembly or installation
  
• Accidental impact, scratches, cuts, stains, burns, or other physical damage
  
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  
• Improper handling, relocation, or storage after delivery
  
• Excessive moisture, humidity, dryness, heat, or prolonged direct sunlight
  
• Hot objects placed directly on the tabletop
  
• Harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or improper cleaning products
  
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, refinishing, or alterations
  
• Normal wear and tear
  
• Damage caused by pets, pests, flooding, fire, natural disasters, or other external events
  

The warranty also does not cover dissatisfaction with customer-selected specifications that were approved before production, including size, wood characteristics, resin color, finish, base style, or other customization choices.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Solid wood is a natural material, and each piece is unique.

Natural variations may include:

• Grain patterns
  
• Color differences
  
• Knots
  
• Burls
  
• Mineral streaks
  
• Live-edge variations
  
• Natural markings
  
• Small checks or hairline cracks
  
• Texture differences
  

These characteristics are part of the natural appearance of wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Wood may also expand, contract, or experience minor movement as environmental conditions change.

Epoxy Resin Characteristics

Because epoxy resin is individually cast and finished, minor variations in color, pattern, transparency, depth, and appearance may occur.

Reasonable handcrafted variations are not considered defects.

Damage caused by excessive heat, prolonged UV exposure, impact, scratching, harsh chemicals, or improper care is not covered under this warranty.

Care and Maintenance

To help maintain your table:

• Keep it in a stable indoor environment
  
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
  
• Avoid excessive humidity or dryness
  
• Clean with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner
  
• Wipe spills promptly
  
• Use coasters, placemats, and trivets where appropriate
  
• Do not place excessively hot, sharp, or abrasive objects directly on the surface
  
• Periodically check screws, fasteners, and table-base connections
  

Damage directly resulting from improper care or maintenance may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is handled separately under our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact LuxEpoxyTables within 14 days of delivery and keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Additional Terms

This warranty applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
