You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM-MADE FURNITURE

LuxEpoxyTables specializes in custom-made and made-to-order furniture.

Many of our products are produced according to customer-selected specifications, including but not limited to dimensions, wood species, resin color, edge profile, surface finish, table base, power options, design details, and other customization selections.

Because natural wood and handcrafted materials vary from piece to piece, no two products are exactly identical.

Reasonable variations may occur in wood grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, live-edge shape, natural checks or small cracks, resin patterns, texture, and handcrafted finishes.

These natural and handcrafted variations are not considered defects, provided that the product materially conforms to the customer-approved specifications.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and finishes accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on device screens, lighting, photography, and natural material characteristics.

SECTION 3 — CUSTOM ORDER APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all applicable order details before approving a custom order for production.

This may include dimensions, materials, colors, drawings, renderings, design specifications, table base selections, and other customization details.

Once the applicable specifications have been approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

If a requested change can still be accommodated after production has started, additional material, labor, design, or production charges may apply.

A product manufactured according to customer-approved specifications is not considered defective solely because the customer later prefers a different size, color, wood species, finish, base, or design.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from LuxEpoxyTables.

An order is considered accepted after required payment has been successfully authorized or received and LuxEpoxyTables has issued an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, shipping destinations we do not serve, product or material unavailability, or incomplete customization information.

If we cancel an order before production begins, any amount paid for that canceled order will be refunded according to the applicable circumstances.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

SECTION 5 — PRICING, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged during checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

LuxEpoxyTables offers free standard freight shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Optional services, including white-glove delivery, installation, special handling, redelivery, or other separately arranged services, may involve additional charges.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

SECTION 6 — PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout environment and supported third-party payment providers.

Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments for eligible customers and qualifying orders, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Available payment methods may vary depending on customer location, device, order value, and provider eligibility.

Installment availability, approval, terms, and payment schedules are determined by the applicable payment provider.

LuxEpoxyTables does not guarantee financing eligibility.

All online transactions are processed using secure encrypted checkout technology.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCTION AND HANDLING TIME

LuxEpoxyTables products are made to order.

Our estimated production and handling time is:

30–35 business days

This period begins after all required payment requirements, order information, customization details, and applicable design approvals have been completed.

Production and handling time does not include weekends, U.S. public holidays, or shipping transit time.

Actual production time may vary within the stated range based on product complexity, size, customization requirements, and material availability.

If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

LuxEpoxyTables offers free standard freight shipping to eligible physical addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to:

Alaska

Hawaii

U.S. Virgin Islands

P.O. Boxes

APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated transit time after production is:

10–15 business days

Estimated total fulfillment time is generally:

40–50 business days after all required order information, payment requirements, and applicable approvals have been completed.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier scheduling, weather, freight conditions, port congestion, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order arrives damaged during transportation, customers should follow the claim procedures described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies provided under our Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

SECTION 9 — FREIGHT DELIVERY

Because many LuxEpoxyTables products are oversized and heavy, table orders are generally delivered by professional freight carriers.

Free standard shipping includes curbside delivery unless otherwise stated.

Unless separately arranged, standard freight delivery does not include white-glove delivery, in-home placement, assembly, installation, stair carry, or removal of crates or packaging.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and valid contact telephone number.

Carrier-imposed redelivery or storage charges may apply when delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, inaccurate delivery information, or inability to receive the shipment.

SECTION 10 — CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders may generally be canceled before final design approval, material procurement, or production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because labor, materials, and production capacity may already have been committed to the order.

If a customer requests cancellation after production has started, LuxEpoxyTables will review the current status of the order and determine whether cancellation remains possible.

Identifiable non-recoverable costs that have already been incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

SECTION 11 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Most custom-made and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect customer-selected dimensions, customer-selected colors, customer-selected materials, or other non-quality-related reasons.

This does not affect claims involving products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from approved order specifications.

Certain non-custom or in-stock products may be eligible for return within the period stated on the applicable product page and in our Return & Refund Policy.

LuxEpoxyTables does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

SECTION 12 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from approved specifications, customers should contact LuxEpoxyTables within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may be asked to provide an order number, description of the issue, photos, videos, and packaging documentation.

Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include repair, replacement parts, replacement, approved local repair, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

If a physical return is required because of a confirmed defect, shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or another error attributable to LuxEpoxyTables, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

SECTION 13 — PRODUCT CARE, INSTALLATION, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for following applicable product-care, assembly, installation, and environmental recommendations.

Damage caused by improper assembly, incorrect installation, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, relocation, or failure to follow applicable care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Where professional installation is recommended, customers are responsible for using a qualified installer unless installation services are separately purchased from LuxEpoxyTables.

SECTION 14 — WEBSITE INFORMATION AND ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, and other website content are accurate.

However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update website information when reasonably necessary.

If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before proceeding.
