Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled before final design or production approval, provided that production and material procurement have not begun.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials, labor, and production capacity may already have been committed.

If you request cancellation after production has started, LuxEpoxyTables will review the current status of the order and advise whether cancellation remains possible.

Where identifiable, non-recoverable costs have already been incurred, those costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Changes to Custom Orders

Changes to dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, bases, or other specifications may be requested before production begins.

Once production has started, changes may:

· no longer be possible; or

· require additional charges and production time.

Any approved change will be confirmed before work proceeds.
