Returns & Refunds

At LuxEpoxyTables, most of our products are custom-made or made to order. Because each piece is produced according to the specifications confirmed for the order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or customer-selected customization choices.

We only accept returns for products that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the specifications confirmed for the order.

Eligible Return Reasons

A return may be approved if the product:

• Arrives with confirmed shipping damage
  
• Has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  
• Is the incorrect item
  
• Is missing essential components
  
• Is materially different from the confirmed order specifications
  

Returns are not accepted for reasons including:

• Change of mind
  
• Personal preference
  
• Incorrect customer-selected size or dimensions
  
• Customer-selected color, wood, resin, base, finish, or other customization choices
  
• Natural wood grain, knots, color variation, live edges, small checks, or other normal characteristics of natural materials
  
• Minor appearance variations that do not affect normal use
  
• Damage caused after delivery by improper handling, installation, modification, misuse, or improper care
  

Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
  
• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photos or videos of the product
  
• Photos of the packaging where applicable
  

Please keep the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Return Authorization

Do not return any product without prior authorization from LuxEpoxyTables.

After reviewing the information provided, we will determine whether a return is required and provide return instructions where applicable.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as:

• Repair guidance
  
• Replacement parts
  
• Approved local repair assistance
  
• Replacement
  
• Partial refund
  
• Full refund
  

A physical return may not be required in every case.

Return Shipping

If a return is required because of confirmed shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, an incorrect product, or another error attributable to LuxEpoxyTables, we will arrange or cover reasonable approved return shipping costs.

Customers should not arrange freight returns independently unless authorized by us.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved defective-product returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If an eligible product issue is confirmed, the appropriate resolution will be handled through repair, replacement, refund, or another approved remedy rather than a standard exchange.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the claim has been approved or, when a physical return is required, after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Natural Material Characteristics

Solid wood is a natural material and may vary in grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, live-edge shape, texture, and small natural checks.

Epoxy resin may also vary slightly in color, pattern, transparency, and appearance.

These natural variations are not considered defects unless they materially affect the normal function or confirmed specifications of the product.
