Custom-made and made-to-order products are not eligible for return due to change of mind or customer-selected customization preferences.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide repair, replacement parts, replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
For confirmed shipping damage or errors for which LuxEpoxyTables is responsible, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Large conference tables require additional planning because of their dimensions and weight. Depending on the design, the tabletop and base may be packaged separately to help protect the furniture during transportation and simplify handling at delivery.
Please tell us in advance about stairs, elevators, narrow doorways, loading docks, restricted building access, or other conditions that could affect delivery. Curbside and optional White Glove Delivery services are available subject to the applicable delivery terms and location.
